The ten session recipe was developed by Dr. Rolf over many years of experimentation as a means of systematically reorganizing the connective tissues, thereby bringing the entire body, from the ground up, towards a higher level of balance and integration.

Each of the sessions prepares the body for the next and in a general sense the work progresses simultaneously, from the surface to the deeper layers and, from the ground upwards to the cranium – with the last three sessions being more focused on movement and integration.
